Ethans 1st day of Preschool 2011

Ethan started preschool again and I don't think I was ready this year. Its hard because he is going 4 days a week. I know a lot of people would love that but its been really hard for me because of Luke. Ethan and Luke are best friends so just having him gone and then next year is kindergarten. I just feel like this time at home with us is so short then they are off to school forever and then they go to college and go on missions and get married. It stresses me out I just want the time to slow down my husband thinks I stress about this way to much but I think its because i am going to have a 3rd one it make me seem like time is flying by. I love my boys and they are such a joy in my life and i am so glade they are such good buddies. The good thing about this preschool is its start in the afternoon so Luke still has his buddy and then Ethan goes to school and Luke takes a nap so it actually works out really well.

California trip in June 2011

Back in June we went out to California to see my family and to go to Disneyland again.... We love going to Disneyland and its great because we have family that loves to go as well. it was so much fun to take the kids because the older they get the more they can do. Ethan is tall enough to do most things now and Luke is almost there he can still do a lot that he couldn't do last time. It was pretty funny because as we were walking they had started this show with the Incredibles and they had already chosen the children to come up but Ethan didn't mind at all he just went up anyways and got to be a part of the show. It was pretty funny. Its great to live so close to California again so we can go a few times during the year. We also went and picked strawberries down in Carlsbad. The kids love to pick the berries and it was fun to take the kids here because this is where Ethan first picked strawberries when he was a year old. It was fun because we went with Blakes friends down there and then we brought them back to AZ and we made some yummy strawberry jam.

Arizona summer 2011

Summer was a blast! We have played all summer. We have had movie night at the house when daddy gets home. We go to the pool all the time the kids jump outside on the trampoline with the sprinkler underneath the tramp. Brett take Ethan golfing and will take both the boys to the driving range. We live close to cousins and it was great when we were staying at Bretts parents house we played with cousins everyday. We love being down here in AZ close to family and where it is sunny. It beats the rain in Seattle I much rather take the heat in AZ all you have to do is live in the pool or some sort of water.
We also had Bretts cousin Aj and Brekke come and visit with us and bring there cute boy Crew. We had a blast with them here we use to live close to them in Seattle and they moved to Idaho about 7 months before we moved to Vegas. We loved living by them they were a lot of fun so we were super happy when they came down. We took them to our favorite restaurant down here in AZ Oregano's and of course they loved it they wanted to go again before they left. We have seasons passes to Big Surf so we took them to Big Surf and it was so much fun I love water slides and so so my kids. This summer has been crazy with moving and going everywhere but we have really enjoyed every minute of it with our kids.

Utah with the Hobbs

This was a really fun trip up to Utah to meet up with Brett's family. It was great to see everyone and get all the cousins together. It was so fun to see our brand new addition to the family Abigail. She was so cute and such a good baby. it was so fun to see them at meet her we wish they lived closer so we could see all the kids more often. it got me excited to have another new little baby but not excited for those late night and you go everyday with no sleep but Katie was a trooper because she just kept going everyday and it was fun. We had a lot of fun we went down to BYU and went bowling with the kids and we took them to the little exhibit there with the animals. it was just a really nice trip hanging out with the family and letting all the cousins get together and play.

Ethans 4th Birthday

Happy Birthday Ethan!!! I love my boys they are so much fun and I am so excited to have a another boy. Well the day before Ethans birthday we went and drove up to Utah but on the way we stopped in Vegas to stay with Matt and Melodie. We took the kids to the park and then we went to and buffet for Ethans birthday. So then the next day we woke up I hurried and got donuts and balloons for Ethan. Then we went and had a little birthday party at burger king with all his friends in las Vegas. It was so great to see everyone I know Ethan was so happy to see his friends. Then we raced up to Utah and one of his bests friends Ava wasn't in las Vegas so we met up with them in Utah that night at her parents house and played they played in the hot tub and roasted marshmallows. Then we ran to my friends Talinas house stayed the night with her. It was so nice to get to her house and relax and go to bed it had been a long 2 days we schedule a lot in on Ethans birthday but he loved it and it was special for him. But his birthday didn't end. We drove up to our cabin to meet Brett's family and Brett flew in the next day and we had another party for him with all his cousins. So I think he had a pretty fun birthday.
