Melodies Baby Shower

The week my husband and I decided to come out was perfect because it was the same weekend my sister in law Melodie was having her baby shower. She is due in November and she looks awesome and her shower was great! She got so many cute things for her little girl. It was fun helping with the shower because it was for a little girl. My sister just had a little girl about a month ago and I would have love to help her with a shower to but she lives to far right now but Iam glad I could be at Melodies shower we love her and are so excited for them to have this little girl because it will be my brothers first and I just know he is going to be the best dad and she is going to be the best mom. We love all these new additions to our family!

Padres Game Sept. 2011

Brett wasn't able to go to California for the whole week so I drove out on a Sunday and he flew out on Thursday and one of the nights we went to a Padres game with my family and they were playing the diamond backs so of course we were going for the diamond backs. But it was a lot of fun the kids were on a sugar high because my dad bought the kids cotton candy and so they were so crazy with there cousins. It was a fun night with the family.

Disneyland Sept. 2011

One last trip to Disneyland and to California before the baby comes and I am so glad we did because the kids had a blast. It was really fun to have my dad there and brother and sister in law to come with us. My sister in law Melodie is also pregnant and she is due about 3 weeks after I am so we were pretty tired at Disneyland but I am so glad my brother and dad were there because they were able to take the kids on the rides and they had so much fun. It was fun to meet up with my Aunt and Uncle at California Adventure they are always a blast to have around. Disneyland is so fun for Ethan because he can go on everything and Luke is so close but he is just 2 inches off. But there are still so many rides he can go on so he still had a lot of fun. That night my other brother and and his family came and met us up for dinner and my kids were so excited to be with there cousins. They love to play with there cousins.

Hot Days in AZ and A New Bed

We just got bunk beds for the kids and this is Luke's first time ever sleeping in a big boy bed and he is doing great. I was afraid he might stop taking naps or getting up all the time but he is doing as well as Ethan did once they are in there beds they don't get up. But they do talk way to long.... But I love that they share a room together I think they have gotten so much closer in the past few months since they have been sharing. Oh and this is Ethans hair everyday he wakes up and its really much worse in person I don't know what he does when he sleeps but everyday its a disaster.

Well its still really hot hear in AZ so we have to go outside but you still need to be in the water because its to hot to just go outside. So we still are going on the tramp with the sprinkler and the pool but my kids and husband love the slip n slide. And I would love to put bathing suits on the kids every time they want to go on the slip n slide but sometimes its 3 times a day so they just go in there underwear and diaper yes I know we are white trash but they love it and think its so fun.
